Our research studies show that the level of collagen slowly reverts back to its original level before any COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE® programme started. Most of our customers, once they have adopted the product into their daily beauty routine, never look back. Some of our customers do stop using COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE® and many of them also come back for the same reason.

Yes, however, please bear in mind that each product contains ingredients such as vitamins that are typically used at a recommended daily allowance (RDA, now replaced by NRV Nutrient Reference Value) so you need to ensure that you do not exceed your daily nutritional needs. It would be best to consult with your doctor to ensure you are receiving the optimal amount for your daily nutritional needs.

Consuming too much collagen i.e. more than 10,000mg (10 grams) per day may lead to a mild gastrointestinal upset.

There are no studies at present that support the use of food supplements during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Therefore, it is not recommended, unless otherwise suggested by your doctor. If you are unsure, contact your doctor

COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE SKIN CARE®and COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE HAIR GROWTH®products are formulated with the highest quality hydrolysed marine collagen made up of small peptides containing short chains of amino acids. Further hydrolysis and digestion in the gut leads to amino acids and small peptides which are easily absorbed and distributed by the blood stream throughout the whole body and skin. Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body. Renowned for its skin-holding properties; it helps the skin to preserve its firmness and elasticity. COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE JOINT HEALTH®is formulated with the highest quality Already A collagen.

Aside from being easier to swallow, a liquid is more readily absorbed in the gut. Daily dosage (10-20ml) of COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE®contains up to 5,000 mg of hydrolysed collagen. Powders, tablets and capsules may cost less, but liquid represents far better value as more hydrolysed collagen can be absorbed and distributed to the body.

We recommend taking one Collagen Superdose formula at a time rather than combining Collagen Superdose Skin Care, Collagen Superdose Hair Growth and Collagen Superdose Joint Health. Each formula contains a specific combination of ingredients including vitamins, minerals and other ingredients. Taking multiple formulas together may increase your total daily intake of certain nutrients above their recommended daily allowance (RDA) or other established daily intake levels.

For this reason, we recommend following the recommended daily dose for one formula and not combining multiple Collagen Superdose formulas. If you are taking other food supplements or have specific dietary requirements, please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking more than one formula.

If you are taking medication, have a serious illness or under medical supervision, we recommend consulting your doctor before taking COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE® products.
