Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, please contact our Customer Support team via email: [email protected], for the return process to follow. Our products are shipped to Ireland from our distribution center in Italy. You may return via post or courier by following the instructions above. We will exchange or refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order. See below for products excluded from this policy.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or over the phone, your rights as a consumer entitle you to a full refund if you request it in writing within 14 working days of receipt. This includes any shipping charges, but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.

Our products are perishable goods and unless they are faulty or not as described, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on used or opened goods or goods no longer sealed. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges requested due to scratches, dents, corrosion or colour where the function of the product is unaffected. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges requested due to deliberate damage or neglect of the product.
