When will I see results with COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE^®?

"COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE is designed to start working right away, whether you choose to take SKIN CARE, HAIR GROWTH, or JOINT HEALTH, you will see noticeable differences once you finish the first 30 day bottle. However, if you want to reach your goals for skin, hair and joint health even faster, we recommend taking 2 spoonful's (approximately 20ml) per day.  With any treatment plan, we recommend that you keep taking the product to maintain its results. You know what they say, consistency is key!  The product results will vary depending on the individual and their starting skin, hair, health conditions, diet and lifestyle.

How often should I take COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE^®?

We recommend drinking 1-2 tablespoons (10-20ml) per day on an empty stomach for best absorption. Alternatively, you can consume the product after meals if you experience indigestion or gastrointestinal upset. We also recommend taking the product as an energy boost because it contains vitamin B6.

When should I take COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE^®?

We recommend drinking 1-2 tablespoons (10-20ml) on an empty stomach for best absorption. Alternatively, you can consume the product after meals if you experience indigestion or gastrointestinal upset.

What happens when I stop taking the product?

Our research studies show that the level of collagen slowly reverts back to its original level before any COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE® treatment started. Most of our customers, once they have adopted the product into their daily beauty routine, never look back. Some of our customers do stop using COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE® and many of them also come back for the same reason.

Can COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE^® be taken in combination with other food supplements?

Yes, however, please bear in mind that each product contains ingredients such as vitamins that are typically used at a recommended daily allowance (RDA, now replaced by NRV Nutrient Reference Value) so you need to ensure that you do not exceed your daily nutritional needs. It would be best to consult with your doctor to ensure you are receiving the optimal amount for your daily nutritional needs.

Can I use the product if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

There are no studies at present that support the use of food supplements during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Therefore, it is not recommended, unless otherwise suggested by your doctor. If you are unsure, contact your doctor

Are liquid collagen supplements more effective than powders/ tablets/pills?

Can the product be taken with medication?

It is unlikely that our products will adversely interact with any medication. However, we recommend that anyone suffering from an illness or those who are under medical supervision in general, consult their doctor prior to taking COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE^® products.

Can I take COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE^® if I am on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)?

Are the products suitable for diabetics?

Yes. Our product contains natural sweetener Stevia and Sucralose. They are also ideal for those who are on a low-sugar or calorie-restricted diet, or to help sagging skin post weight-loss surgery or after losing weight. However, if you have any concerns, we recommend consulting your doctor.

Is taking too much collagen bad for you?

Consuming too much collagen i.e. more than 10,000mg (10 grams) per day may lead to a mild gastrointestinal upset.
