The details you provide may include (but is not limited to) your name, email address, date of birth, product selections, delivery address, telephone number, credit or debit card number, the card's expiry date and billing address. We will keep your personal information for as long as necessary and consistent with the purpose for which you have given it to us. When you use our website, we may collect, store and use the following kinds of information:

  • Information about your PC and your visits to our website such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and number of pages viewed to administer the website and improve the website and our services to you.

We only collect the information that’s necessary to carry out our business, provide the particular service you’ve requested and keep you up to date about all the latest exciting SUPERDOSE and MINERVA news. We may use your information only for the following purposes:

    9. Contact you or permit selected third parties to contact you to provide you information about third party products, services or offers which may be of interest to you, subject always to your marketing preferences and consent provided;

    11. Post any of your contributions on the website and attribute them to you, including images, videos, articles, reviews and comments;
    12. Contact you in relation to any prize draws, competitions or other promotions that you have entered or subscribed to;

When you participate in a SUPERDOSE competition, prize draw, giveaway or offer, we will collect information about you. This information will be used to administer competitions, including selecting and contacting prize winners. For all purposes noted above, we will only process your personal information for our business’ legitimate interests, such as to improve our website and/or our services and products made available to you.

We make sure that we have information security measures in place to keep your information secure. Where we ask third parties to work on our behalf to deliver an excellent service to you, before sharing information we always make sure that they have sufficient information security measures in place. We will have written contracts with them which provide assurances regarding the protections that they will give to your personal information and their compliance with our data security standards and international transfer restrictions.
We will not share your information with any third parties who might wish to market their goods and services to you unless you have provided your consent. MINERVA does not routinely share information outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). If it is necessary we will only do so with the relevant protection in line with data protection legislation requirements.
In certain circumstances, we share and/or are obliged to share your personal information for business administration and legal compliance purposes with third parties outside the MINERVA and SUPERDOSE
We may use your personal information in connection with a business transition (such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or a sale of all of or portion of our assets), to enforce our legal rights and or to protect the rights of third parties and it is in our legitimate interest to do so. In such instances, it will be necessary to share your personal information with external professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants, or insurers or financial institutions.

In such instances, it will be necessary to share your personal information with external parties such as administrative authorities (HMRC), police and public prosecutors or to comply with a court order. MINERVA is committed to keeping your personal information only for so long as is necessary or where we have a legitimate interest to continue doing so. Where MINERVA no longer requires information to be in a format where you can be identified personally, e.g. where we keep information for analytical and research purposes or transaction information, we will remove any personal details about you.
If you have a MyGoldCollagen Loyalty programme account and/or you have registered for a gold-collagen.com account, then we will continue to retain your personal information in order to maintain your account. We understand that some of our customers do not shop with us on a regular basis, but if you have not made a purchase with us for a continuous period of 5 years, then we will delete your account details and all personal information that we hold about you. If you wish to use your account after this time, you will need to sign up to a new account.
If you do not have an account as described above, but you have signed up to receive our marketing communications, then we will only retain your information for as long as we have your consent to send you the best tips, products and trends that we feel are relevant for you.
Where you shop online with us but use our guest checkout path, we will only retain your personal details for a reasonable period of time (maximum up to six months) after you have completed the transaction in order to fulfil any contractual obligations such as refunds and guarantees (unless you also receive gold-collagen.com marketing communications, in which case we will add this order information to your customer record).
